Our National Pride is not on sale

People get more things done when they are at war than they are at peace…record shows a great deal of our modern necessities are the continuation of war time inventions. With very few exceptions, most wars were started & fought immorally…greed. To invade other countries under the pretext of ” open trade doors ” in the 19th century is an immoral event. Hopefully, history would not repeat itself under a new heading ” imbalance of trade”. Families,schools & religions teach children what virtues are, and how they could apply them on our daily life. Children look up to their seniors, as citizens watch their govt, to learn what constitutes virtue. Sunday schools get involved early by deliverying this message using biblical stories…Thou shall not steal! Now that the current French govt left this door open & clear..to cheat & lie abroad. It seems they have forgotten, not too long ago that the Nazis marched into Paris in goose steps. “If” Hilter then ordered to take the mona lisa, or break into the Hall of mirrors, robbing in broad day light & out right looting whatever treasuries they could find in France, how would they feel? Would the French feel angry & demand to claim back the war trophies?Now that Germany is once again establishing themselves as a young, new & brave nation, damitting the wrong & setting things straight; and the Brits winning worldwide applause & respect by returning the Pharaoh’s mummy to Egypt; why can’t the French learn from them?
